ALUMNI GENERAL BODY MEETING

1. Meeting of Alumni association members was called on 22/08/24 Thursday, to discuss on various topics listed in the agenda. Following members were present for the meeting: Fr Kanikiaraju S,J., Director, Mr Adiveppa Halagi, Principal, Ms Shreekala M Vice Principal and Coordinator of the Alumni Committee, Mr Munna P. Ms Bhavani Umesh, Mr Shivu R, Mr. Joe B Edapat and Alumni Association President. Mr Kotresh. Meeting started with Blessings of God.

Key highlights of the meeting:

The members appreciated efforts taken by college students in co-curricular activities, group discussions was conducted concerned to various steps to be taken by alumni association to achieve its vision and suggestions were invited fer better functioning system of the association. Registration of the association and to open a bank account for all financial transactions

2. Meeting of Alumni association members was called on 04/09/24 Wednesday, to discuss on various topics listed in the agenda. Following members were present for the meeting: Mr Adiveppa Halagi, Principal, Ms Shreekala M Vice Principal and Coordinator of the Alumni Committee, Mr Munna P, Ms Bhavani Umesh, Mr Shivu R, Mr. Joe B Edapat and Alumni Association President Mr Kotresh.
Key highlights of the meeting:
Teacher's Day celebration, scholarship for academic excellence, finalised the day to host alumni meet.

3. The Alumni Association of Loyola Composite Pre-University College in association with Coordinators of the Alumni Committee members Mr Munna P, Dept. of Hisotry; Ms Bhavani Umesh, Dept. of Economics; Mr Shivu R, Dept. Physical Education, and President of Alumni Association Mr Kotresh organised "ALUMNI ASSOCIATION MEET-2024" on 24th November.
Mr Anuplal Gopalan, Associate Prof. Dept. of Sociology St. Joseph's University, was invited as Chief Guest. Fr. Kanikiaraju SJ, Director of Loyola Composite PU College, Mr Adiveppa Halagi, Principal Loyola Composite PU College, Ms Shreekala M Vice-Principal Loyola Composite PU College, presided over the event. The meet witnessed 160 alumnus representing from various batches starting from 2008 to 2024.
Distinguished staff members viz., Ms Veena M G, Ms Rashmi D Silva, Mr Shivaprasad B, Mr Yuvaraj Kumar, Ms Sheela N S, Mr. Joe B Edapat who have served the institutions over the years, in collaboration with teaching, non-teaching, and student council members added charm to the programme.
